The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral to follow the                                        
Transportation Committee referral for the following:                                                
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 71(TRA)                                                                  
    "An Act relating to funding for transportation projects; and                                    
    providing for an effective date."                                                               
                                                                                                    
CSSB 71(TRA) is in the Transportation Committee.
